This book was a totally new ballgame for me so I kept putting off reading this book because I just wasn't sure how to feel about it. But OMG I am so glad I finally read it!! It was an awesome book filled with action, a little romance but mostly kick-ass characters. Between trying to understand how this plague took over the world to the relationships that were being built i did not want to put this book down.
This is a completely different take on vampires and zombies that will chill you to the bone a bit. I was shocked and intrigued how this plague started and continued for so long.
The characters that Brandy created were strong, honest, and just badass. She did such a great job putting together the relationships and the story to keep you wanting more.
Bravo Brandy and I look forward to reading more of your work.
