Review: Falsies

Falsies Falsies by Olive East
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This story was a great one to read for sure. Although I wanted to hate a couple characters it was obviously the point.. lol The author gives you the tools to put it all together but while you're reading you want to deny what's happening but know oh gosh here it comes.. LOL The characters in this book are very interesting and well thought out. Although I'm still wondering how old Brookes and Ollie are (maybe I missed it) I do always love an age gap :)

I look forward to reading more of Olive's work!!

Review: Love, Inevitable

Love, Inevitable Love, Inevitable by Xana Jordan
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I'm still just sitting here with a little frog in my throat but OMG!!! Holy Hotness!! Xana outdid her self on this one. Between the connections, and the amount of yummy sex I can not believe the toys are still in the drawer.. LOL

I really enjoyed reading this story because the relationship between Vann and Adelei was so sweet, hawt and just plain romantic. I was irritated at times with Adelei but I feel like that is expected but pushing him away was so hard to watch.

Adeleis friends were hilarious though and I loved their close relationship also. These girls have serious heart and that is awesome to read. No catty crap or bickering etc. Just all about love!! Adelei really needed that in her life during everything she has and is going through.

Vann being an ex marine sure did keep him disciplined and open minded. His friends also were like Adelei's, close, caring and stuck by his side. Reading about Vann's past in the military and how he is still such a giving caring man is amazing all on it's own.

These two truly deserved each other and I loved ready this book. Thank you Xana for writing such a beautiful story.

Review: El Pecador

El Pecador El Pecador by M. Robinson
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Monica can tear you up so easily.. LOL Heart this girl has so much heart. I also love how she throws her favorite man in all her books <3

Ok on to the review.. lol This book tore me up and fixed me in so many ways. You read this book and find parts of your life that you can relate to theirs. It really just makes your life make sense in some ways. Then you have this undying love that Damien and Amira have for each other that just keeps you wishing for that. (luckily I have that) This book really is such an awesome add on to this series. I adored it and look forward to many more books by M..

FROM USA TODAY BESTSELLING AUTHOR M. ROBINSON

So here you are…

Turning the pages, opening the next chapters of my life—wanting to know the next truths of my sins. As if the first half of my life wasn’t enough.

You. Need. More.

You want my redemption.

My heart. My soul.
Your happily ever after…
You. Want. Answers.
And I will grant you the very first one you’re dying to know.

Why did I leave her?

So go ahead.

Turn the page.

I dare you.

You just might not like the answer.

Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

She couldn’t take it anymore and started pushing me to get free from my grasp. “Stop! I hate you, Damien! Do you hear me? I fucking hate you!” she yelled over and over again, aching to make herself and me believe it.

My heart broke.
My fingers twitched.
And tears threatened to surface.
However, I wouldn’t let up and just kept caressing her, kissing her, whispering that I loved her. Battling her hateful words with my loving ones. I could feel she was reaching her breaking point, as much as she could. Her wrist suddenly slipped through my grip and she shoved me with so much force that she was able to slap me across the face. Going full speed to do it again, but I intervened by grabbing her forearm, pinning her to the blanket. Locking down her petite frame with my flawed heart and beaten body.
She laid there beneath me, panting profusely, emotionally and physically consumed with tears cascading down the sides of her face. For a moment, I allowed her to take my breath away. In my eyes, she’d never looked so fucking beautiful.
So goddamn breathtaking.
So fucking mine…
I leaned forward and kissed away all her tears, tasting her nightmares, her memories, her love and hatred for me. Tenderly kissing my way to her lips while her body continued to shudder from my intense, overpowering love. Overwhelming her emotions and overriding her thoughts the way only I could ever do. Before another second slipped by, I kissed her for all the years I didn’t, for all the times I couldn’t, for all the moments I so desperately wanted to. Losing myself in her. Almost like I was trying to kiss the agony and pain I caused right out of her. Wanting to hold her tormented burdens, inflicted solely by my mistakes and regrets.

Review: Red

Red Red by J.M. Walker
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This book virtually brought me to my knees. I still cry every time I tell someone about this book!!

Throughout this book you will feel all kinds of emotions but the main one you will feel is love. You will feel the love of the couples, you will feel the love of the children, their friends and so on. With love there is a possessiveness you have too. That you will feel and wrap yourself in. This book was awesome and I really needed this one!! You HAVE to read this book!!!!

Review: Final Stand

Final Stand Final Stand by Rose Garcia
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Wow.. Ok so this was another intense, edge of your seat book. As with the last, this book was very descriptive and keeps you informed on all fronts. The moving from time period to time period was so interesting and frustrating at times.. lol Frustrating because they had to do it not because it was hard to follow. Rose really did a great job keeping this story interesting and riveting!!
