The Promise by C.E. Wilson
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
So this is the first book I have read from this author and let me tell you that she's awesome. She pulls at your heart strings, makes you giggle and beam with pride from her sassy attitude. C.E. seriously has a talent that you don't always find in many books.
I won't go too far into the story because the synopsis does enough of that. I can tell you that if you like the synopisis, a female character that is different in many ways like tattoos, dreads, an attitude but is a strong female character you will really love this book.
C.E. ROCKED THIS BOOK!!!

Review: El Diablo
El Diablo by M. Robinson
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
How do I even start this review? Do I tell you how it tore me up from the inside out? Do I tell you how all the main characters had nothing but hurt and turmoil through most of their life? Or do I tell you that M knows how to play us all like a full blown Orchestra? I mean seriously!!!
I guess I will try by telling you a little bit about Alejandro. He was raised by the first El Diablo ever to grace his family or so we read anyway. You wouldn't know it by the smiles his mother showed everyday or how happy they all were. Until that dreadful day and that in itself changes so many things for the whole family. The mistakes his father makes unfortunately affects the whole family and beyond but he can only call it his job as a top mobster in his area. The unfortunate event for the sons of mobsters is you follow in their footsteps and that, Martinez did whole heartedly.
Next is the beautiful Lexi and how she fits in all of this. Well honestly though 90% of the book I HAD NO CLUE!! Lol Now besides that this girl is so hardworking and determined in every part of her life and that's hard to find. The way that she falls into Martinez's lap is actually quite funny and you will giggle like I did. With her sassy mouth and her cocky attitude I soooooo thought she was a gonner but quite the opposite.. Ok I better stop there with her or I will spill the beans.
As far as the rest of the family you will really love reading their kaos, their harda$$ attitudes and all their cockiness of their own. This book is so filled with lil bits and pieces or M just like all her other books. In some parts you ca almost hear her say some of the things you will read and Ben as Martinez. I just adore her writing and I think you will too.

RELEASE BLITZ
EL DIABLO
RELEASE DATE: AUGUST 30TH, 2016
I was ruthless.
I was feared.
I had sacrificed. Myself. Her. Everything...
Living in a world where I was worth more dead than alive was
a choice. I was a bad man, never claimed to be anything else. I’ve done things
I’m not proud of. Seen things that can’t be unseen. I’ve caused pain that I
can’t undo.
It was all my choice.
Every decision.
Every order.
Right and wrong never mattered.
Until her.
She was under my protection, until she became my obsession.
But who was going to save her...
From. Me. The devil himself.
Fate brought us together. Destiny destroyed us.
“Go stretch again, cariƱo,” I ordered in a dominant tone. Nodding to the barre.
“I’m fine,” she stubbornly replied. Shaking her legs and arms out. Getting back into position, looking at me through the mirror.
I cocked my head to the side, arching an eyebrow. She narrowed her eyes at me, but begrudgingly listened. I pressed play, allowing the melody to once again take over. She placed her leg on the lowest barre, making her ass stick out in my direction.
Tempting me.
She closed her eyes, needing to get lost in the music, wanting to push away all the negative thoughts, already feeling discouraged. I stood, taking off my suit jacket. Rolling up the sleeves of my collared shirt as I stepped onto the hardwood floor. I slowly came up behind her, catching her off guard.
She froze, turning around, opening her eyes. Peering up at me through her lashes. “What are you doing?”
I leaned forward against her ear, grinning. “I’m helping you stretch.” Getting down on my knees in front of her.
Her eyes dilated. The feeling of disappointment replaced with nothing but lust. She placed her arms out to the side, resting up against the barre, supporting her weight. I grabbed her ankle, lifting it up in the air, rubbing along her leg as it was fully stretched, before setting it on the lowest barre. Running my other hand up her side, easing her over toward the extended leg. She understood what I was doing, reaching for her ankle, stretching. Standing back up, bringing her arms above her head, I caressed along her leg again, casually turning her torso so her leg was still placed on the barre behind her.
Her breathing hitched as I touched her all over her lower body. My lips softly kissing the inside of her thigh to where she wanted my mouth the most.

Review: After The One
After The One by Danielle Allen
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Danielle is just amazing.. I read her work and always think how does her work keep getting better? Seriously y'all this gal will turn you into a love sick puppy and have you following her every book like she has me. In this book just like the last one, she will make you giggle out loud, cringe with anticipation, make you want to rip hair from the heads of some catty women but then just laugh at their stupidity. She keeps you guessing and rightfully so. I am gonna stop her because I get to telling to much at times and I don't want to ruin this book for you.
I absolutely adore Danielle's work and think you will too. Bravo once again Danielle for yet another awesome book!!!

Author - L.Ann Marie

Hosted by Hooked on books & Cherry0Blossoms Promotions
Enforcer is the Fourth book in the Princes of Prophecy. It
is a little different than the others. Women are extremely resilient when they
need to be. This book shows that right from the beginning. Things aren’t always
what they seem to be and we get a firsthand look at how that plays out for our
Enforcer and the heart, mind and soul kind of love that takes hold of all our
Badasses.
Sheila grew up in the MC. Adopted by a biker family she was
always just another Brother. She’s trained for High Security and moves with the
Princes when they take their new town and place within the MC Chapter. As a
jack of all trades, Sheila is the Princes go to Brother. She gets the job done
and can comfort the victims when needed. To her Club she’s invaluable. To
Sheila it’s just another day. Seeing everyone around her growing up and moving
on, she realizes her past may be holding her down. When her past threatens to
take the job she loves and Club she would give her life for, she jumps at the
chance for help. Going it alone isn’t easy, but she’s Sheila. Jax left Family
Security with the MC when a teenage girl started showing interest in him. He
knew it was only a matter of time before he lost control with her and put his
life on the line. Badass Bikers are known for doling out justice their way.
Seeing her on the list for the new Club he figures five years is long enough.
It’s time to grab a taste of that forbidden fruit, that is, if she doesn’t kill
him first.

Enforcer and the heart, mind and soul kind of love that takes hold of all our

L. Ann started with the Baxters and is working on her third
series, The Princes of Prophecy MC. While her books feature ex-SEALs and Badass
Bikers, L. Ann is writing about the strong women that these men need in their
life to help right the worlds wrongs and help keep their small part of the
world safe. The women are extraordinary, strong and determined to make a
difference.
The men fight for right in every book. Yes they kill people. Yes they shoot at
the bad guys feet to cause them pain. Yes they throw tampons at each other
regularly.
That being said, they do these things while stopping human trafficking,
bringing their Club into legitimate businesses, fight gangs to keep drugs away
from their town and kids, keep women sheltered safely while trying to stop domestic
abuse. These are men that don't leave a Brother behind. They don't treat women
as possessions and they don't cheat. Respect takes on an honorable meaning.
Women and kids are cherished. Everyone is looked out for.
L. Ann has made the perfect Club, tackled the taboo subjects and made it easy
to imagine living in a world where your protection comes from the SEALS and
Bikers.
With readers writing about rereading the series over and over, she feels like
she's told her characters stories in a way that would make them proud.
Every book will make you laugh, every book will make you angry for the wrong
that happens in the world. Every book will make you cry for the pain that a
character feels.
Don't take my word for it. Pick one up and try it out. The Baxters book 1 is
FREE. MC Book 1 is .99. Give them a shot and Happy Reading!

After The One, Season Finale
by: Danielle Allen
Release Date: August 28, 2016
Blurb
The insta-love.
The perfect couple.
The enchanted fairy tale.
The perfect couple.
The enchanted fairy tale.
The concept of
‘happily ever after’ on reality TV is beautiful, but it’s complete B.S.
I mean, I get the
appeal.
The One is the most
watched reality TV dating show because it sells the idea that two people
“randomly” handpicked by producers will fall in love and ride off into the
sunset. We are expected to believe that after having a group of women embarrass
themselves for the affection of a man on national television, the bachelor and
the chosen one fall in love and they live happily ever after.
Let’s be honest.
Shows like The One are
really about fantasy romance and must-see entertainment—not happily ever
afters. That’s why the creators and producers don’t show what happens after the
exotic getaways, lavish lifestyles, and over-the-top proposals. Even though
reality TV relationships never last, they want us to buy into the fairy tale.
Truth is… when the
cameras stop rolling, the number one killer of reality TV couples is real life.
And life just got
REAL.

Find out how it all started with The One
The cattiness.
The fights.
The shaming.
The fights.
The shaming.
I don't generally
watch reality television, but I definitely don't watch reality dating shows.
Besides the fact that it's completely staged, it's a horrible depiction of
people -- women especially.
Women are pitted
against each other to compete for the affection of a man they "fall in
love" with after a week or two.
I call B.S.
It is complete crap.
I call B.S.
It is complete crap.
So when my best
friend, Koko, was hired as a makeup artist o the set of the most popular
reality dating show, The One, I teased her mercilessly.
She told me that if I didn't stop teasing her, she would get me back.
And she did...
Which is how I ended up as a contestant on The One.

Review: The One
The One by Danielle Allen
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
OMG!!!! I am always surprised when Danielle's books just keep getting better. Now don't get me wrong this girl is amazing but she keeps changing the game. She goes from super hot and steamy to intriguing and leaving you guessing to heart pounding suspense. When I read her first book ever I never thought I would still be here yearning for more of her work. The One is so awesome!!
I am not one of those gals that watches reality shows but I would have totally watched this one!!! I was giggling, shaking my head, and tearing up all through the book. What an emotional ride!! Lawd knows I live a great emotional ride :)
Anyway, I don't want to give anything away but seriously if you like reality shows you will love this book. If you don't like reality shows you will love this one regardless of your liking before.
Bravo Danielle for another AMAZING book and rewriting the game for me girl!!!

COVER REVEAL
EL DIABLO

From. Me. The devil himself.
Fate brought us together. Destiny destroyed us.
I lunged forward, clearing all the contents off the table,
to the floor. The sounds of the glass crashing onto the hardwood was mocking
me… my heart shattering the exact same way.
It was everywhere and all around me.
I couldn’t run.
I couldn’t escape.
I had no one.
I kept moving because I knew once I stopped I would crash,
and possibly never get back up again. I darted around the dining room, my feet
stomping with every step, leaving a path of destruction in their wake. Throwing
candles, dishware, and chairs. Flipping the table over. I went after anything I
could find, demolishing the perfect night.
“I hate you! I hate you!” I yelled, punching the mirror that
I caught my reflection in. Not even flinching from the pain. I repeated that
mantra over and over, letting it sink into my pores, and making it become a
part of me. Destroying everything in my path, the future I would never have.
I pulled my hair back, taking in the destructive scene
before me. “Get yourself together,” I rasped, making my way to the bar. Taking
four swigs of whiskey from the head, not bothering with a glass, and repeating
it several times until the bottle was empty, and I felt nothing but the burn
through my body.
I couldn’t take it anymore. I grabbed another bottle,
wanting to drown myself in the amber liquid. Leaning my whole body against the
wall, I started sliding down, wallowing in the despair of what my life had
become. I don’t know how long I sat there, drinking my life away when I heard
the front door open, footsteps coming my way.
“Sophia?” I slurred.
